INVITATION TO ALL MEMBERS PAST AND PRESENT

TO ATTEND THE SPRING MEETING 2012

Our Spring meeting is scheduled for Noon Sunday 11th March 2012 at the Woodford Working Men’s Club NN14 4HD off the A14, J12 signposted to the venue. Overnight accommodation is available at the Travel Lodge at J13.

As usual we would appreciate any donations for the raffle to fund the hall expenses.

All Committee members will be please to see a maximum attendance.

It would be a great step forward if we can each bring in a new member this year. If possible please bring along any person interested in joining out ranks at this meeting.

 

If you are not able to attend meeting could you please inform me either by telephoning number below or email ais.it@live.co.uk by 1st March if possible. We need to have some idea of numbers attending to help the caterers with they purchases.

Do not forget that advertising in the A.I.S newsletter and on the Web site is free so get your ads submitted in time for the Spring Newsletter.
